Anything Brands Online Announces Spin-Off of its Online Commercial Business Unit.

Sees Major Business Expansion for All Business Units In 2010 Tucson, AZ – January 26, 2010 –Anything Brands Online, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ANYT) announced today that the company will spin-out its Online commercial and retail business into another Pink Sheet Company to be managed by Timothy Norton an executive of that division. This action is according to the Company’s strategic plan as announced in December of 2009, leaving the Freight World Operation as the sole entity in the Company and provides for their managed expansion solely within the logistics/transportation space.

This is the second announced spin-out of operating units. Earlier a distribution of shares for ANYT shareholders was announced offering them opportunity to become shareholders in Anything Green Online. Management intends to follow the same course in offering ANYT shareholders in the new On-line business operation a stock distribution that will make them shareholders in this company as well.

Tim Norton stated; “Anything Brands Online, Inc. has developed three independent public companies that will now consist of a common ancestry. Those shareholders qualifying for the share-distribution program automatically become participants. The company will announce the new Pink Sheet operation by mid-February and the formula for the new stock distribution program. We are convinced that splitting the company into 3 separate operations is an effective way to manage each business to meet both challenges and opportunities as we move into the post-recession economy.” He commented further that the company’s legal team is in the process of making an S-1 application for AGO finalizing OTCBB trading status and is expected to be completed for submission to the SEC within the next two weeks.
